These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Run Flo mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Run Flo LLC (“Run Flo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who Can Use Run Flo

You may use Run Flo only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country),

  • Can legally form a binding agreement, and

  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

To use Run Flo, you must create an account using your email or third-party login (e.g., Apple or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep your login secure

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Run Flo offers subscription-based access to premium features through the Apple App Store and Google Play. All billing is handled by these platforms.

  • Free Trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial. After that, your subscription auto-renews unless canceled.

  • Cancellation: You must cancel via your App Store or Google Play account. We do not issue refunds for unused time.

  • Prices: Prices may change, but we’ll notify you in advance via the app store.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services for personal, lawful fitness purposes only. You will not:

  • Post offensive, unlawful, or misleading content

  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate others

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app’s functionality

  • Use our content or workouts commercially without permission

  • Submit harmful code (e.g., malware, bots)

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Community Guidelines

Run Flo includes community features (e.g., public posts, commenting). When participating, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and supportive of others

  • Avoid spam or self-promotion

  • Not post sensitive personal data or copyrighted material you don’t own

We may moderate content to maintain a positive space. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal or banning.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Run Flo may generate AI-powered suggestions (e.g., training plans, routines, live pace alerts). These are for informational purposes only and:

  • Do not constitute medical advice

  • May occasionally contain errors or pacing inaccuracies

  • Should be used at your discretion and risk

Always consult a doctor before starting any fitness program.

7. Health and Safety

By using Run Flo, you confirm that:

  • You are physically capable of engaging in running and fitness activities

  • You understand that exercise involves risks (injury, illness, etc.)

  • You are solely responsible for your health and safety

We are not liable for any injury or harm resulting from use of the app or workouts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, videos, code, and materials within Run Flo are the property of Run Flo LLC or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content

  • Use our trademarks without written permission

9. Termination

You may stop using Run Flo at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You abuse or disrupt the platform

  • We are required by law or decide to discontinue the app

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers & Limitations

Run Flo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about:

  • The accuracy or availability of workouts or features

  • The results you may achieve

  • The safety or error-free nature of the Services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Injuries, data loss, or service interruptions

  • Third-party services or links

Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations of liability, so some of these may not apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version and update the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of Run Flo means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
